Membership is open to all persons 16 years of age and older who are interested in community theatre and willing to participate. A person becomes a member upon payment of annual membership dues of $5.00. With the payment of dues, the member receives the right to vote on matters brought before the Jackson County Players and advance notice of auditions and upcoming productions.

Theatrical talent is not a qualification of membership, since it is the belief and policy of the Jackson County Players that any individual has something to contribute to the theatre.

An expressed interest and willingness to work in some aspect of theatre production is required.

Duties of Members:

Participation in the events of the organization including general meetings, social events, ticket sales, advertising, solicitations, and/or productions (either on or off stage).  Service on committees or service as committee chairperson when requested by the officers of the organization.  Punctuality and professional attitude at rehearsals and during productions.  Offering suggestions for the improvement of the organization.
